I remember my first cooking lesson back in 1975 when I wasn’t even 5 years old. I pushed the chair next to my mother who was at the cooker and passed her the herbs and spices.

That day my mother taught me how to stir the food. I will never forget the aromas from the food as it was cooking, and I knew right there and then what I wanted to do with my life.

At 13 years old I got my first paid job at our local restaurant and since then I would take any opportunity I could get to work in restaurants or hotels. Growing up in Cyprus with my family we produced everything that we needed for our table, this gave me an early advantage as I knew the true meaning of freshness and quality.

As a family business we want to offer you that same experience. We only cook fresh food which is made with the finest quality ingredients. Enjoy!
